Welcome to Taxi Hub. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your details via WhatsApp or phone. We will confirm availability and provide pricing before finalizing your reservation.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on:

• Distance and duration of trip
• Vehicle type selected
• Season and availability
• Night charges (after 6:30 PM)

Payment

Payment can be made via:

• GPay: 7709937904
• Cash payment to driver
• Other digital payment methods as agreed

Night Charges

A rate of ₹30/km applies for trips after 6:30 PM.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. We request advance notice for cancellations:

• Airport transfers: Cancel at least 2 hours before pickup for full refund
• Sightseeing tours: Cancel at least 4 hours before for full refund
• Same-day cancellations: May be subject to partial charges

No-Show

If the customer is not available at the pickup location after our driver arrives and waits for more than 15 minutes, the booking may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

4. Service Hours

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Standard tour timings are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Additional charges apply for extended hours.

5. Luggage & Personal Items

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage
• Please inform us of large luggage in advance
• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items
• Report lost items within 24 hours — we will assist in contacting the driver

6. Vehicle & Driver Assignment

• We reserve the right to assign appropriate vehicles based on passenger count and luggage
• All drivers are professionally trained and verified
• Vehicle images on our website are representative — actual vehicles may vary

7. Flight Delays

For airport transfers, we monitor flight status. If your flight is delayed, we adjust pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. If the delay exceeds our waiting capacity, additional charges may apply.

8. Wait Time

• Airport pickups: 30 minutes free waiting after landing
• Other pickups: 10 minutes free waiting
• Additional waiting: ₹100 per 15 minutes

9. Extra Stops

Additional stops along your route may be accommodated based on driver availability and may affect final pricing. Please inform us in advance.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited in our vehicles:

• Smoking of any kind
• Consumption of alcohol (except prescribed medication)
• Illegal substances
• Damaging vehicle interiors or equipment
• Harassment of drivers

Violations may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

11. Liability

Taxi Hub is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions

12. Service Complaints

We strive for excellence. If you have concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
