How It Works

How do I book a taxi?

Easy! Just WhatsApp or call us. Tell us your date, pickup location, destination, and number of passengers. We'll confirm your booking within minutes. No advance payment needed - pay after your trip.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No advance payment required! For most bookings, you pay after your trip is complete. For airport transfers or long outstation trips, we may ask for a small advance to confirm. This will be clearly communicated upfront.

How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers, please book at least 4 hours in advance. For sightseeing tours, same-day bookings are usually fine, but we recommend booking a day before. During peak season (Nov-Feb), book 2-3 days ahead to ensure availability.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Absolutely! We understand plans change. Just WhatsApp or call us as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees - we just ask that you give us at least 2 hours notice for local trips and 6 hours for airport transfers.

Costs & Rates

Are prices per person?

No! All our prices are for the entire vehicle, not per person. Whether you're traveling solo or with a full car of 7 people, you pay the same fixed price. This makes us much better value than per-person options!

What about tolls and parking?

Toll charges are included in our quoted prices for local trips. For sightseeing tours, any entry fees to attractions (like fort entrances) are not included and you'll pay those directly. Parking fees are included in our prices.

Is there a minimum charge?

Our minimum booking is for 4 hours at hourly rates. For airport drops under 3 hours, we have fixed short-trip rates. Contact us and we'll give you the best quote for your needs.

Do prices change during peak season?

Our base prices remain the same year-round. During peak season (Christmas/New Year), some special packages may have holiday rates. We'll always communicate any pricing changes clearly before you confirm your booking.

Our Vehicles

What vehicles do you have?

We have three vehicle types: Maruti Baleno (sedan, 5 seats), Maruti Ertiga (MPV, 7 seats), and Mahindra Marazzo (SUV, 7-8 seats). All vehicles are AC, clean, and well-maintained.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes! While we can't guarantee a specific vehicle, we always note your preference. On the rare occasion we need to substitute, we'll inform you and ensure you get a comparable or better vehicle at the same price.

Do drivers speak English?

Yes! All our drivers speak conversational English. Many also speak other languages including Hindi, Konkani, and some basic Russian/German phrases from serving international tourists.

What if I need the car for longer than planned?

No problem! Just tell your driver or WhatsApp us. We'll calculate the extra time at our hourly rate and arrange everything seamlessly. There's no penalty for extending your trip.

Transfers

How do airport transfers work?

Book via WhatsApp with your flight details. We'll track your flight and have a driver waiting at arrivals with your name on a board. The driver will help with luggage and take you directly to your destination. Simple!

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights, so we know about delays. Your driver will wait without extra charge. We include 30 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands - more than enough for luggage collection and meeting.

Do you pick up from both airports?

Yes! We service both Dabolim Airport (GOI) near Vasco and Mopa Airport (GOX) in North Goa. Just let us know which airport and your destination.
